		Downstairs is the piece de resistance! A spectacular open plan ground floor area with big squashy sofas and a cosy log burner for our winter guests; an entertainment centre with satellite TV, DVD and video, (including a comprehensive library of dvds and videos), stereo system and widescreen television; a new luxury kitchen with a range cooker, microwave and dishwasher; large dining area with plenty of room to seat everyone and even a few extra guests if you have them! The kitchen is equiped with all the pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and other utensils to produce everything from beans on toast to a spectacular gourmet meal. Full laundry facilities are available in a separate utility room. In addition to the DVD and video library we have a Playstation 2 (and an extensive choice of games for all ages) in the garden room, plus books, magazines and plenty of toys to keep everyone happy.
